Delightful economy hotel with exceptionally helpful staff.

Breakfast was very fresh and plentiful. The location near the Vatican, shops, restaurants and Metro line were excellent. The room was economy sized, but the showers worked well and the firm mattress on the genuinely King size bed was great.

Like most hotels, there was little shelving/cupboards/draws/wardrobe space.

Great Roma hotel

Location was close to the sights. Breakfast was great. The front desk was very helpful. Roof bar had a nice view of the city.

Shower leaked in the night. Very small elevator.

Very Good

Location was great. You can easily walk to the Vatican and other main landmarks. There is also a metro station a few blocks away from the hotel. Breakfast was good. It's every day the same but honestly I can't complain (eggs, sausage, cereal, pastries, yogurt, coffee.) The view from the rooftop is nice.

Beds were smaller than I expected, but comfortable enough. I paid when I made the reservation way ahead of my arrival, but I still had to pay some taxes when I arrived, which was confusing.

Nery value for money hotel!

It was a very nice hotel especially for its price. The receptionists were very helpful and the room was cleaned everyday. The location was near Vatican museums and the discance from the center was walkable.

The bathroom was a bit small but it was not a big problem

Great location!

Location is fantastic! So much to do and see in the area. Felt very safe. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Complimentary water in the room and tea and coffee making facilities would of been great,but only a small inconvenience compared to everything else.

Excellent

The wi fi did not work in my room and the shower drain blocked but they very kind and changed my room. Location of the hotel is walking distance to everything. This saved us a lot of money in taxis.

Lovely atmosphere, clean room, helpful staff!

I loved the customer service when we arrived right through to the end, unfortunately the bar service was not as good as the rest of the staff, the bar man would leave in the evening and tell the guest to “lock up” and he would find it a hassle when we asked for drinks even though he is the bar man. The facilities in this hotel were lovely the room was bright and had a modern twist. There was a shower inside the room at the end of the bed, not a problem for me but some people might have issues with the shower in the bedroom: the shower was TINY, very tight squeeze. Air con in the room, scooters outside hotel, shop very close, 20 min walk approx to the centre but can use the scooters for quick access to city centre. Overall good hotel for what you pay and the rooftop bar is designed beautiful.

-) Position : easy to reach the city centre and Vaticano -) Room : it was very big and clean -) Parking : We were lucky and we could park just in front the hotel for free (Saturday and Sunday was free) -) Last floor bar : Nice view on Rome

-) Comfort : Reception is at floor 4, while we were at floor 2. The room has not proper windows looking in a sort of courtyard : so we were forced always to use a mix of fresh air and air conditioning which was not really the best (it was July). As well light were a little strange since were always in a sort of shadow.

Great location, clean rooms, but breakfast could be better

Great location close to attractions and good restaurants, yet still a relativity quiet street in central Rome. Rooms were cleaned and serviced each day, and were fine for a short stay (5 nights). Air conditioning worked well, and the mini fridge in the room was a good addition. Rooftop bar was also lovely, with a distance view of St Peter's dome.

The breakfast was on the cold side, despite it being stored in a bain-marie. The breakfast room also resembles a 'workers cafe', and is a little cramped.
